Budget entry is where yearly budget figures are set against the chart of accounts, for a period and a currency. To change figures that are already in place, see Budget correction.

1. The screen, read from the top down

The Budget entry screen: a ribbon with a greyed Refresh, Delete, a greyed Save and Cancel, Preview, Reports and a greyed Auxiliary budget; Projects, Sections and Operations selectors; a Period reading From 01/1/2027 To 01/1/2028 and a Currency of LBP; a grid with acc_num, Currency, Description and Yearly budget columns listing Capital, Assets, Goods, Payables And Receivables, Suppliers, Suppliers Non VAT, Fixed Assets Suppliers, Fixed Assets Suppliers Non VAT, Ordinary Clients, Clients Non VAT, Current Assets, Expenditures and Income, each at 0.000; below, an Accountdetails panel with Accounts, a currency box and Debit and Credit options, and a Yearly budget panel with a Total value of 0.000

  • Projects, Sections and Operations - the cost centres the budget can be narrowed to.
  • Period and Currency - the year the figures cover and the currency they are held in.
  • The grid - the accounts, with their Currency, Description and Yearly budget. The tree opens level by level with the arrow beside each account. An account with no budget yet shows 0.000.
  • Accountdetails - an Accounts picker, a currency box, and a Debit or Credit choice for the selected account.
  • Yearly budget - the Total value of the budget, in the chosen currency.

2. The ribbon

Delete, Preview and Reports are available when the screen opens; Refresh, Save, Cancel and Auxiliary budget are greyed. Close is at the far right.

١. الشاشة، مقروءةً من أعلى إلى أسفل

شاشة Budget entry: شريط فيه Refresh مطفأ، وDelete، وSave وCancel مطفآن، وPreview، وReports، وAuxiliary budget مطفأ؛ ومحددات Projects و Sections و Operations؛ وPeriod يقرأ From 01/1/2027 To 01/1/2028 وCurrency بقيمة LBP؛ وجدول بأعمدة acc_num و Currency و Description و Yearly budget يسرد Capital و Assets و Goods و Payables And Receivables و Suppliers و Suppliers Non VAT و Fixed Assets Suppliers و Fixed Assets Suppliers Non VAT و Ordinary Clients و Clients Non VAT و Current Assets و Expenditures و Income، كلٌّ بقيمة 0.000؛ وتحته لوحة Accountdetails فيها Accounts وصندوق عملة وخيارا Debit و Credit، ولوحة Yearly budget فيها Total value بقيمة 0.000

  • Projects وSections وOperations - مراكز الكلفة التي يمكن حصر الموازنة بها.
  • Period وCurrency - السنة التي تغطيها الأرقام والعملة التي تُحفظ بها.
  • الجدول - الحسابات مع Currency وDescription وYearly budget. وتُفتح الشجرة مستوًى بعد مستوى بالسهم بجانب كل حساب. والحساب الذي لا موازنة له بعد يُظهر 0.000.
  • Accountdetails - أداة اختيار Accounts وصندوق عملة وخيار Debit أو Credit للحساب المحدَّد.
  • Yearly budget - Total value للموازنة بالعملة المختارة.

٢. الشريط

Delete وPreview وReports متاحة عند فتح الشاشة؛ وRefresh وSave وCancel وAuxiliary budget مطفأة. وClose في أقصى اليمين.
